The Warner Bros release suffered a drop of only 17%, earning $4.49 million from 586,000 admissions between Friday and Sunday. With strong occupancy rates “Mad Max” has amassed $23 million from 2.95million admissions since May 14.

Also unchanged, in second place, Fox’s “Spy” earned $3.38 million, lifting its two week total to $11.1 million The top two films accounted for 54% of total revenue over the weekend.
